I like this, but I'd be somewhat satisfied if society just started prosecuting corporate homicides as homicides.
Consider for example the spate of illnesses and deaths in the last few years due to bacteria-contaminated asthma inhalers and other medical products, this year with eyedrops.
I haven't heard of anybody in those companies being prosecuted for negligent homicide even when investigations showed grossly unsanitary conditions, not an unavoidable accident.
