Hey 7xl (npub1ql2…rxya) I have created some code to auto-tune the chips for a supra and a gamma #bitaxe. I wrote it in python. If I where to make this code open source and available to you and #OSMU, what language should the tuner be in, and where would I post it? I have my own github account. I am new to FOSS.
The code simply cycles through some valid Frequency and Voltage combinations, stores the min, max, average and variance for a given timed run, then either shows the results of each combination, or chooses the highest average hash. Personally I am using the data to perform statistical analysis on the results. For example the Supra Hash is all over the place like a mad women's knitting.
And a great big THANKS to you and your colleagues for the #osmu https://github.com/skot/ESP-Miner. Exposing those API calls to change bitaxe parameters makes automation possible.
