I don't know why, but a few years ago I stopped, sat down at my computer, and manually deleted 95% of all my FB posts.
Now I rarely post, and even on Twitter I go directly to about 10 profiles to see if there's any relevant news.
Somehow an inner voice told me that using the newsfeed was nonsense.
It's a bit like competing against a chimpanzee in a short-term memory contest. It's hopeless.
And for anyone who doesn't believe me, I send them to my website and the aha effect is pretty impressive ;-)
