There's the great sadness because this butterfly was common in our region and is extinct now because of shrinking habitats and decline of biodiversity of extensive grasslands https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/ece3.9291
And I'm living in one of the most important European nature parks and biosphere reserves!
The hope: It isn't extinct everywhere yet. We could still save the ecosystems and change something in agriculture.
