I bought a freeze dyer 3 years ago. Have made good use of it for preparing food for the next years to come.

What I would suggest is buy an extra freezer to have for extra food. And get a generator for backup.

Further that don’t get to crazy spending your sats.

My philosophy is when shopping buy 2x.

Any consumables i buy two of.

Cheese x2 second gets freeze dried.
Toothpaste x2 second goes into the barrel
Soap, underwear…. Anything i need i just buy two of.

There will be a point where you’re far ahead and don’t feel the need to panic buy.

Get some extra fuel and add stabilizer.
Grab some candles and chop some wood.

Don’t panic. Trust in the process
