I noticed that even the flow into the tub was weak b4 even turning on the shower, so I went to the basement and found the shut of valves for that bathroom. Sure enough, they were at half mast. Previous owner was probably trying to thwart his kids. It will be interesting to see if he says anything after his shower this morning.
