About a month ago, Paypal decided to permanently limit (ban) my account. I conduct no self employed business with it nor do i do any illegal activity. Only used it for payments. When i took it up to BBB a few weeks ago, paypal executive office got back to me yesterday evening. They said they are unable to disclose why my account has been limited. They only that my account possess a risk….
