First yoga I’ve done in way too long and so of course the video on the Yoga With Adriene calendar today is an hour long (they vary but I feel like most are more like 30 minutes). Well here we go! I can’t believe I used to do 3-5 hour long hot yoga sessions a week. Seems crazy now!
