The argument against reinstating free speech for Alex Jones is that his public opinions have lead some people to harass other people. This, effectively, appears to be the justification by une juge respectée for the award of one and a half billion dollars in damages for his stated disbelief in the shooting.
Doesn't the media hold the same liability for publically stating their opinion of people holding opposing views by using words in nearly every paragraph such as: Far-right, right-wing extremist, racist, conspiracy theorist, conspiracy-theory-loving, anti-Semitic, white supremacist, worse than Hitler, neo-Nazi, purveyor of dis- and misinformation, notorious and radical voices?
