Anytime I want to go to bed I put on a conspiracy theory iceberg and fall asleep to it.
It's so effective because every one of them talks in a monotone voice and the information it's just interesting enough like the History channel to where it's technically entertainment and not supposed to be bearing on purpose.
But just boring enough like a math lesson to where you naturally fall asleep to it, if not paying full attention.
