I'm going to be "that guy" and point out that sometimes "and me" is the correct usage. Unfortunately, "and I" has been drilled into so many people's heads, that it sounds wrong even when it's right.

Any place you would say "me" should be "and me". Any place you would say "I" should be "and I". That's it. That's the rule.
