Comrade Ferret (nprofile…5dg9) Hard disagree. Trump might be dismantling USAID, but he's not getting rid of Americas soft power, he's centralizing in on the DoS. He is cutting a bunch of programs that might be called "liberal", like pro LGBT programs and so, but that fits with the shift from supporting center and center left parties to supporting openly right wing parties like AfD or the French FN. Which, again, fit the current shift of US priorities.
