In particular, a Faraday bag is only useful against a limited set of threats: devices that are maliciously tracking you when they're supposedly "off", or that can't be turned off.
They *don't* help you if you want to actually use your phone without it being tracked. That's not how phones or Faraday bags work. And they require a lot of care, knowledge, and disciple to use effectively.
