So an update about my #FreeBSD 14.0 testing. On my celeron laptop with z36xxx/z37xxx graphics the i915kms driver worked under 13.2 but not 14.0 all Wayland compositors crash. But if I install drm-510-kmod they work albeit the trackpad fails.
So I installed on an old HP i5 with Intel hd5500 graphics and it works perfectly with the default 14.0 drm-515-kmod using exactly the same configs.
