Shell history was a bust because the timestamps for the old certs don't line up with any of the files generated by those commands.

Seems I used the wizard in Keychain Access to generate the cert and then python3 -m http.server to feed it to iOS devices.

If only Apple made a Server product that could issue genuine APNS certs for com.apple.mail…. I wonder which VP failed to understand the product he was encharged with and let it die.
