Today in Question Time at Parliament, Winston Peters said they wouldn't be taking Greenpeace's Seamount Survey into account, but would make a separate, govt's own survey (yeah right).
GP is doing it with no cost to NZ, and will make the collected data available too.
And let me say, deep sea expeditions are NOT cheap.
Lucky the fiscally responsible crew are in charge!
