Judicial appointments are so political these days (understandably so!) but it is interesting to me that the Judges on NDIL who are pushing back against FRCP abuses in Schedule A cases span the political spectrum: Durkin (Obama), Seeger (Trump), Daniel (Biden), and Valderrama (Trump).
