Soooo I think it's time to get a new #laptop

#Fediverse hivemind, I summon thee. I'm a developer mostly working with data (i.e. R/Python). I'm looking for either a macos/linux machine. Powerful hardware, no need for graphics and ideally long lifespan. Not necessarily the beefiest thing out there, rather something sturdy and durable.

Any recommendations?
