All land having been stolen doesn't make property rights unworkable. Not respecting property rights now doesn't undo the thefts of the past. Our ancestors didn't respect property rights. Europe having farm animals and other accidents of history led to navigation and colonialism. It seems like humankind respects rights better today and should continuously improve.
