Not sure about deleting tweets in bulk, other than by deleting one's account. Halfway+easy measure is to protect your tweets https://twitter.com/settings/audience_and_tagging which effectively makes them invisible to non-followers. Of course the loginwall already halfway deletes (not publicly available) tweets by default, from my perspective. So "protecting" gets you to 75% deleted.
