What if there were data-specific relays that only stored data/files that had corresponding url links? Could be done in a way that those relays ingest and cache data locally for a set time and then purges it unless called upon multiple times in a given period (like a viral post).

Maybe data-only relays are the way. Could use a funding method where users pay Sats to upload the image and store it or access the data. @nostr.build already does something similar but the data is offline and only accessible via a new url link. It they became one of the data relays, it could be a better solution.
