Title: Goulash Soup

600 g pure beef
200 g onions
30 g butter
1 tb sweet paprika
1 tb tomato paste
1 tb vinegar
salt
1 clove of garlic
1 pn cumin
1/2 ts marjoram
200 g potatoes
Finely chop the onions and crush the garlic clove. Allow butter to melt in
the pot. Fry onions and garlic until golden-brown. Sprinkle with paprika
powder, sauté briefly but do not burn. Add tomato paste and extinguish
with vinegar. Add the meat cut into cubes, garlic, season with cumin,
marjoram and salt, add a little hot water, let it boil down a little. Close
the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Peele potatoes and cut into even
cubes. Add potato cubes, fill with 1 1/2 - 2 liters of hot water and let it
cook slowly until potatoes begin to break down. Add salt to taste.
