Thinking about this a bit more, I'm not entirely sure how you'd go about it.
The easiest way would be to publish txid's and the corresponding labels, but I'm not sure I love the idea of the security concern of having all my txid's published by a single npub, even if encrypted as the compromise of a single nsec would reveal the entire stack (or at least a snapshot of it).
Will have to think about it more, or leave thinking about the most secure way to do this to those who are far smarter than I am...

Npub derived from a Bitcoin seed (via BIP85), and wallets use a built-in signer to save labels as encrypted notes.
If you have your seed and Nostr access, your labels are recoverable.
