And this year's hop harvest is in. Enough Hallertauer Tradition for a Dubbel and a Helles, lots of Cascade for a nice American Amber Ale and Hüll Melon in spades for a beautiful Belgian Blond and whatever I am going to make as 2025's summer beer. I'm really happy with that. Just a bit sad that I don't really need the wild hops this year.
