Do you think various individual members that stand to gain a lot from pushing this sort of business forward are being completely honest to the Japanese people when they say they care about them? I do for example see that municipal spending has been approved at around 79 billion ¥ to remove hazardous materials from the site and deal with the risk of soil liquefaction.
This is an investment clearly, I'm just asking if you think it's an honest one for the people of Osaka from your point of view as a Japanese citizen.
