I really struggle with search engines when I'm searching for stuff that's probably searched for by less than 0.001% of people. Sigh.

Can anyone help please? I want a CGI backplane (apparently they're not called environment maps any more, that stumped me for a while) of the celestial sphere. That's it. Simple!

I.e. a Mercator projection of what we see from Earth, omitting Earth and the rest of the Solar system. Not a map. Images. Photos. Surely this exists?
