There's nothing like total darkness...and the lack of airflow designed into modern homes/neighborhoods....and the gentle humming of nature completely distorted by annoying generators kicking on and off all up and down the street for those who have them. 🙄
I'm figuring out living essentially off grid, well not really but sorta, and could do it with a decent spot and shade, as long as I am working and have income, a tent, in 3 seasons of the year in FL is doable, if I can charge and properly rotate power banks with solar, take home ice daily from work and get a really good cooler. Bad weather would be an issue but could devise a way to pack up quickly into a car. Hmmmmm summer disgusting warm humid sticky nights would be an issue for me though. Showers are doable, I dunno about a toilet but have seen some with potential for off grid safe waste etc
But it sure has me thinking of better ways to use my #bitcoin in the future than omce dreamed of when started stacking, and one would be finding a home built with proper air flow in mind like they did centuries ago. How expensive is an all stone house?? Lol. I don't want to go underground or use earth, I need daylight to function.
Random thoughts approaching day 7 of no power. Thanks #HurricaneMilton
