And if I am right ,it will be seen as an absolute Turning Point in the history of the fediverse, because there’s even incentive for Meta to help smaller instances blossom and thrive. It’s the new tenant farming. But with published content instead of props. And they never have to pay the farmers at all. They’ll run instances for the pure love of it ,and meta will be happy to provide them. Purists won’t go there but cosmetics influencers will buy instances by the barrel.
