Hi Tanja, nice you also live in Berlin. I've been on an animal plus fruits nutrition since more than a year and it is a huge gain for me. I'm not doing lot of endurance training anymore, but some short and frequent workouts. I've increased strengh, vitality and body shape. The effects came quickly after 2 weeks or so.
