Hey even those could be hard to accomplish the certain point, texture, and ease of peeling for each kind of taste, —since the barber almost raw one, to the rekt college student gummy ones.

To me it goes better to boil first the water and then toss them; after some time (never exact!) to cold them as if al dente and ask God to be gentle that they will peel nicely on one go. I've tried many tricks, nor even that always works.
