It won’t entirely make the nagging stop, but it will reduce it to a notification once every few weeks as a “security issue” for your system, that your Windows login is not tied to a Microsoft account. (I guess that means it’s *too* secure for their liking.)
I find that infuriating but I haven’t found a way to turn it off in regular Windows 10. AFAIK the only way to disable that “warning” is to use Pro and set up a Windows domain controller on your network.
