Porridge stirring shift at #emf2024 followed by a 2 hour dishwash stint — digging up those memories (and skills? probably not...) from the odd shift I did dishwashing in mum and dad's restaurant when I were a lad.
What's extra fun about this kitchen is the whole place is on about a 10° grade so everything wants to slide downhill.😂
