After my mother-in-law passed away, I knew that at 80, my father-in-law had neither the skills or the dexterity (arthritic hands) to make himself real meals. So I offered to make him individually portioned freezer meals so that he wasn't constantly relying on restaurants, kind neighbours, or supermarket fare.
I try to vary what I make for him, and in an effort to add new ideas or recipes, I thought I would ask if anyone else did this. #cooking #senior #freezermeal
