I’m usually doing 10 to 13km on usual runs. No im not in Calgary.

I need new shoes, coz the ones I have a thick soft soles and narrow toes,I can cover longer distances with it but the speed is not that great, but I guess with flatter soles it’s taxing on your feet and knees.
