My diet is notable for it's lack of sugars and processed food, it always has been. I buy nice bread, have the occasional takeaway curry, do eat too much cheese though and ought to exercise a bit more. All other blood results were normal. I'm not mineral nor vitamin deficient. I shall experiment on myself via diet and exercise first and see what happens.
