I feel kinda silly about this, but my current holdup on installing GrapheneOS on my Pixel Fold is that I noped out when Google started charging money for syncing Google Photos. All my photos in the last ~5 years have been moving from phone to phone via a USB cable at setup time on the new phone.
So I'm going to need to set up my own backup process before I can wipe this phone, and I am not looking forward to that.
