Today's theory is Biden is being kept under oxygen and in a twilight state until they need to roll him out for incoherent remarks. I predict they'll be more careful of the mask marks going forward.
Regardless of his voting record, public remarks, his disaster of a son, etc, I think at this point it's elder abuse. Fetterman and Biden need to be under care and not working
