yeah that's very hardware specific, if you need the best gpu performance for amd gpus you should use that
am not making hardware level stuff, just cross platform user applications, for example i am rewriting my breathing meditation app that i made in flutter, i got a grand scheme i'm trying to implement, but no point explaining it right now.
