Heartbroken, Joe may step down or it could kill him.

If it doesn't kill him, Dr.Jill might have an *accident*, in her grief for how Hunter's passing is affecting Joe and then Joe would be 25th amendment'ed out.

Or he could be with Jill for whatever *accident* befalls her. Unlikely though due to Secret Service protection.
