Ugh. Don't give them ideals.

My new hires are shocked when I tell them a 5% response rate is amazing. Then they start thinking about all the survey requests they receive and ignore, and it makes sense. Especially since we get a lot of repeat callers.

No one wants to do 6 surveys a week for the same call center.
