Great news! The fire that has been burning outside Victoria, BC has been changed from “out of control” to “being held” after yesterday’s rain and it is still raining locally.
We have gone from nearly 450 fires early last week in BC to 349 today, but the number of out-of-control fires has declined as well. #yyj
