No. Imagine your phone home screen in a web page. You right click, click add widget, pops up a store, you drag the weather widget where you want it, you drag an icon to nostrudel where you want it, etc and then there is like an open registry/repository for these widgets so normies don't have to learn to use the CLI to have their home page greet them with the weather and shit.
