I think I ought to already know this, but is an algorithm a kind of statement?
I’m think it’s not. It’s not “either true or false” and the algorithm tells you a sequence of steps that may take an input and may produce and output. But something half remembered from computability theory is making me less than 100 percent confident. (There are many ways to assign a truth value to an algorithm.)
