npub1jsy5n5cttjgv3tdhwjypr5hcy2d9t8vxk688wz8mt9xttdkk8taq5j4ct8 (npub1jsy…4ct8) Network permission does not get reactivated for apps unless you reset them back to the default state by resetting the app data or app permissions. They likely did one of those things which reset the app permissions and didn't change it back to disabled before starting them again. That's not a bug of any kind in GrapheneOS. The permission is enabled by default for freshly installed or reset apps. For install time, the OS prompts users about it as part of the install dialog.
