we're going to feast tonight on home made vegan döner with prescription-levels of garlic 🧄🧄 and TWO cabbage (red AND white) preparations plus SUMAC on top. I'm going to test smoked tofu and oyster mushrooms marinated in the spice mix 🥙🥙. spices will be modeled after berlin's absolute best meat döner of course ;)
