"VLetrmx," the 4th and last track on Autechre's 1995 EP "Garbage," is one of my favorite ambient tunes and really just one of my favorite tunes in general. Ambient music tends to get pigeon-holed as chillout or new age, but this track is quite urgent and intense. When I listen to it I always get the feeling that I am traveling into a strange, bewildering unknown.
