Good morning/afternoon/evening, depending on where you find yourself today.
One thing I have forgotten in my time of deep stress is that words have power and energy. What you say and think puts an energy out there that you will receive back over time. I will try to make a better effort to return to the more positive thoughts and words I use, both internally and externally. Maybe we should all do the same in these dark times. ❤️
