If you're thinking of making a bug tracker gatekeep submission with arbitrary requirements, FFS please, like, don't?

I almost lost a newly written report with technical source-level details of the mechanism of the bug and where I was in tracking it down, only to be greeted with a "you must haev zip file" error. 🤦

Thankfully I got it to accept an empty zip file then edited the dummy content out of the issue text. But FFS don't do that.
