Relays don't relay content onwards, it's a bad name. Did StartOS launch their new version with better networking, allowing services to be accessible from the outside world? If that update came out then I would assume that you could configure this relay to be accessible by anyone. If this is the case, it could be your outbox relay for people to read your content. The last time I checked StartOS, this was not something that could easily be done. I'll have to play around with the latest version and see. Sorry that this isn't a good answer. Maybe someone else knows.
