The future is now and it snuck up on me as I was thinking maybe it would be after my lifetime but here it is. Our condo association has contacted 38 insurance companies and we cannot find anyone to ensure the exterior of all the town homes in our community in Estes Park, Colorado. While we are considered safer from fire than many of of the surrounding areas in the Estes Valley, no one wants to take on a project this big given the potential liability.
